I recently posted about our anniversary weekend in Paris and put up a few of our favorite shots from our photo shoot with Paris photographer Lindsey Kent of Pictours Paris. I’m so happy with the final product, so without further ado, here are a bunch of our favorite photos from that sweltering day.

The August weekend of our photo shoot was full of record breaking highs with temperatures hitting 100 F in Paris. If you know me, you know I hate heat and only like to sweat when I’m working out. So a photo shoot outdoors isn’t really my cup of tea. But we waited until 7 p.m. to start and it actually went really well. Until I stepped on a bee and cried like a little baby. Those things hurt! Dagny ran all around chasing squawking birds, played with sticks and probably would live in Parc de Sceaux if we set up a tent for her. The smells, sights and sounds put a smile on her face. And if she’s happy, so are we.

And what did we see after the shoot wrapped up on our walk back to the car? Not spoiling the surprise here, but there will be a post on it. Let’s just say kids should cover their eyes.
